Private HypnoBirthing® Tuition & Bowen Therapy
Available in Jeddah only
- 5 x 2 hour Hypnobirthing sessions held in the privacy of your own home
- First session ideally starts about 33 weeks
- Alternatively for those who are advanced in pregnancy and require intensive learning a 7 day course is recommended
Day 1: Mother and birth partner have 2 hours of HypnoBirthing® tuition. You will be posturally and muscularly assessed and given a Bowen treatment.
Days 2 - 5: There will be 2 hours of HypnoBirthing® tuition daily (partners not required for every session). You are also given a body treatment that is of maximum benefit to you personally.
Day 6: A rest day for you to integrate what you have learnt.
Day 7: Your final HypnoBirthing® tuition showing birth positions (partner or birth companion is required). You will be given a birthing kit for hospital.
Day 8 to Baby's Arrival: You are given phone support and more visits can be arranged.
NB. All services are intensive learning to maximise your experience. If you prefer instruction over a longer period arrangements can be made.
